Once you login, click on My Profile -> Privacy and change your settings from there.
How can i delete my profile?
Again, this is part of the privacy settings. My Profile -> Privacy -> Delte Profile
How can i disable email notifications?
Privacy settings. My Profile -> Privacy -> Notification Settings
How can i share my photos with My friends only, or even with my OCircle only?
OArabs.com allows you to setup who can view your photos on photo by photo basis. So if you like to share a photo with your OCircle only, Photos -> select the photo that you wanna share -> select share with OCircle only
